Should the vessel’s call not be a “routine call” but require additional assistance due to an emergency call or casualty; Leptis, on behalf of its Principal, will coordinate with the parties involved to provide the necessary support and guidance to resolve the matter allowing the vessel to continue her voyage.

Facilitating launch services for the facilitation of supplies or services.
Handling all port authority formalities and arrangements.
Arranging for documents required by the various port authorities.
Liaising with suppliers and port authorities for custom documentation and cargo documentation.
Arranging and liaising with pilot and tugs.
Liaising with the port authorities for waste declarations.
Assisting with crew changes and the provision of crew.
Arranging accommodation and flights.
Assisting with preparation of shore passes.
Liaising with immigration authorities and port authorities.
Providing assistance for crew injury or illness
Coordinating and monitoring cargo loading and discharge.
Ensuring cargo specifications are according to cargo documentation.
